The Republic of Belarus has established a legislative framework to combat corruption in all spheres of state life. It defines the concept of "corruption", provides a list of corruption offenses and crimes, specifies specific organizational, preventive and preventive measures and mechanisms to combat this most dangerous manifestation, and provides for the severest criminal responsibility for these crimes.

In its activities, the Anti-Corruption Commission of the "11th City Clinical Hospital" is guided by:

  • The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 15.07.2015 № 305-3 "On Combating Corruption";
  • Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 15.12.2014 № 5 "On strengthening the requirements for the executive personnel and employees of organizations";
  • The Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus;
  • Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus;
  • The Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus;
  • Law of the Republic of Belarus of 14.06.2003 "On public service in the Republic of Belarus";
  • The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 04.01.2014 "On the basis of prevention of offenses";
  • The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 28.10.2008 "On the basis of administrative procedures";
  • The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 13.07.2012 "On public procurement of goods (works, services)";
  • Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 17.12.2007 No. 644 "On Approval of the Provisions on Activity of the Coordination Meeting on Combating Crime and Corruption";
  • Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 26.12.2011 № 1732 "On approval of the Model Regulation on Anti-Corruption Commission";
  • The Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus from 16.01.2016 № 19 "On some issues of declaring income and property by civil servants and other categories of persons";
  • The Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.06.2017 № 445 "On approval of the list of complex and multi-stage administrative procedures carried out by the authorized bodies in relation to citizens (except individual entrepreneurs)";
