The "hot line" of the clinic is organized by phone +375 17 242-44-53 (address: 4 Korzhenevskogo St., Minsk). Working hours: Monday - Thursday from 8.00 to 16.45, Friday from 8.00 to 15.30. (lunch from 13.00 to 13.30).
The clinic's hotline clerks fill out a register of appeals from citizens and legal entities received on the hotline, solve questions within their competence, involving the heads of the clinic's departments, if necessary.
Questions of a reference nature shall not be registered and recorded.
Heads of structural subdivisions or persons performing their duties shall take emergency measures to resolve questions received on the hot-line.
If the appeal or questions raised in the appeal are not within the competence of the clinic, a citizen or a legal entity is explained to which body or other organization they need to apply to resolve these issues.
If a received question cannot be resolved by the "hot-line" duty officer, a registration and control card of the approved form is filled out and submitted to the head doctor or a person performing his duties.
After review by the clinic's Doctor in chief, the registration and control card shall be sent to the executor for prompt resolution of the issues in accordance with the resolution.
The registration and control card with a note on the results of the review, the signature of the executor and the materials on the review shall be returned to the chief physician or the person performing his duties, to make a decision on the removal of the appeal from the control and sending it to the file.
